THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX
Small scale living and its sense of cosy spaces inspires quirky private dens and memorable holiday experiences
To create a bespoke cabin that is both special and functional, the design and floor-plans need careful consideration to create a space that fits into the surroundings externally, whilst functioning on the inside

The best start is to simply have a chat about your cabin, lodge or garden room idea. We'll ask a few questions as well as listen carefully to your ideas. We'll also want to check out the potential requirement for planning permission and look at anticipated budgets.
Process & Costs
The bespoke design process takes longer than buying an off-the-peg model but the result is a unique cabin that completely suits a particular space and stands out from a somewhat overcrowded market.
The price of a bespoke cabin will depend on the complexity of the design, materials and the facilities, for example a copper roll-top bath can add 3-5k to a project. As a guide, a 'shell' cabin for your own fit-out would start from around 25k.
Not all cabins and huts require full planning permission, if it is required however we can usually recommend a partner planning consultant to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible.
